We do not currently offer onsite storage for prohibited items, so please plan in advance.

** We reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and the right to refuse admission. Our security procedures may include the use of metal detection devices, pat downs, and bag searches. We utilize these safety measures during all of our events to make sure that all patrons, artists, and staff are safe and secure in our venue. We may also have Sacramento Police Department officers on site during our events to add even more security for our guests.

Seat upgrades include a seat along our upper rail with a dedicated server. This is not a concert ticket, so you will still need to purchase a ticket to the show if you choose to upgrade.

Food is available thanks to our partnership with neighboring restaurant Goose Port. Just scan the menu QR code posted throughout the venue, place your order online, and they’ll deliver it straight to our bar for you to pick up!

Our venue is fully ADA compliant. We strive to provide a welcoming and accessible experience for all guests. Ramps, accessible seating, and designated restrooms are available throughout the venue.
